This is a beautiful jaquard fabric which will add the finishing touch to any window.  Your new louvres will be made to the highest standards, all of our louvres are stitched NOT GLUED.   

HOW TO MEASURE

The only measurement we can accept for louvres only is the actual louvre length. You should measure one of your existing louvres, place it on a flat surface and measure the fabric only.  Don't add any extra for pockets etc. 

DELIVERY

Delivery will usually be by Royal mail, we will inform you on the day of despatch.  We aim to deliver within 5 working days, however you should allow up to 14 days for delivery.  (We carry  the fabric in stock however we do occasionally experience higher than anticipated demand)

HOW TO ORDER

Select buy it now and enter the number of louvres required - the correct total will be calculated automatically.

When you select Buy it Now you will receive an email from us requesting the infiormation required to make your new louvres, please let us have this as soon as possible to avoid any delays with your order. The information we need is the lebgth of the louvres required and the colour

We try to answer any questions as soon  as possible, however our normal hours are 8am-4pm Monday – Thursday and 8am-3pm Fridays.  Outside these hours we will respond as soon as possible the next working day..

 REPLACEMENTS

We will replace any faulty items free of charge however we cannot replace items which have been mis-measured.  Please therefore take care when measuring for your blinds and if in any doubt please contact us for advice

 DELIVERY

We try to deliver your blinds as soon as possible however please remember that these are not 'off the shelf'  items and are custom made.
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Delivery is by TNT or APC and your blinds will need signing for on delivery.  Please check the packages carefully and if any damage is apparent please sign the drivers delivery document accordingly.  We cannot be responsible for replacing damaged goods which have not been signed for as damaged. ANY SHORTAGES OR DAMAGE MUST BE NOTIFIED TO US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY

TNT will make 3 attempts to deliver and if unsuccessful will return the goods to us and additional delivery charges will apply.  We will email you on the day of despatch through Ebay messages.
