This biodiesel processor is a cost-effective solution for those who want an all-in-one system capable of producing up to 125L per batch.

Delivered fully assembled, this self-contained unit is constructed from HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) which has a few added advantages on other systems:

what the system does


This system does everything to convert waste vegetable oil (WVO) into biodiesel. It does this in six easy steps and they are...

Step 1. Heat the oil

The main holding tank has an integrated Stainless Steel heating element which will heat the oil to a preset temperature. This temperature is regulated by the thermostat control, ensuring the tank does not overheat.

Step 2. Mix the chemicals

This processor is designed to self-mix all chemicals, ensuring maximum results with minimal effort. The sodium hydroxide can be prepared in a seperate container (not provided) and mixed with the systems integral pump.

Step 3. Wash the fuel

Improve the quality of your fuel by removing any remaining sodium hydroxide, methanol and soap that has been left behind with the aid of the integrated wash nozzle.

Step 4. Dry the fuel

Any remaining water that is present will be evaporated into the atmosphere during this stage, ensuring water-free biodiesel.

Step 5. Filter the fuel

Your new biodiesel is now filtered and polished to 5 microns. This stage of the process will remove any final remaining contaminants, likely to be trace elements, before pumping it either directly into your vehicle, or into a storage container for later use.

Step 6. Pump the fuel

Finally, just like a petrol station, pump your finished biodiesel into your car, storage container or where-ever you see fit with the use of the integral fuel dispensing nozzle. This ensures you dont make a mess when you pump your fuel into containers, and more importantly you dont waste your valuable diesel!
