If you are the winning bidder and find a major discrepancy between the car and description you are under no obligation to proceed, deposits will be retuned and costs refunded. Winning bidders will in all cases be given ample opportunity to check the car matches the description and a test drive before completing the sale. I can organise at a competetive price transportation to the South of England and up North, this can take time though is a facility we offer.

We check and test drive our cars carefully but please remember these are used cars and account should be made for fair wear and tear based on age and mileage. A common sense approach is invited.

All cars should be considered “HPI clear” as far as Outstanding Finance, National Mileage Register and Insurance Total Loss are concerned unless specified otherwise. Any car we sell on ebay is owned outright by ourselves – we do not act as selling agents.

We will not negotiate the final ebay sale price so please do not bid on a car assuming that you will be able negotiate it down. If in any doubt please contact us before bidding for a check report on the car which lists what we do and don’t check.

All extras, such as delivery, road tax etc. must be paid in full before collecting/taking delivery of the car.

We will take part exchanges but please bear in mind that we will only normally offer trade price against vehicles being sold by ebay auction format. Also be aware that ebay do not encourage nor promote this so contact is appreciated. Upon completion of the auction, a £200 deposit will be expected to be paid by however is mututally agreaable. Contact MUST be made within 24 hours of the auction ending and the sale completed within 7 creditdays unless agreed beforehand.

The car will only be released against cleared funds. It is the buyers responsibility that the car meets the requirements of the Road Traffic Act in terms of insurance, tax & MOT after purchase. All vehicles should be considered roadworthy at the time of sale unless specifically stated otherwise in the description.

Collection is relatively straightforward given the excellent rail links and cheap flights available. Glasgow has two airports Glasgow International and Glasgow Prestwick, the first one is in the main hub of the city and is more accessible.
