Postage & Packaging: packaged in good quality bubble-padded envelope. We offer postage discounts for additional items (£1.30 for each additional item instead of the usual £2.99 postage cost).


Payment

    • We accept payment by Paypal as this is the safest and most efficient way to pay on e-bay for yourselves and for ourselves;
    • We accept payment in British pounds sterling only;
    • Items can only be despatched after receipt of cleared payment.

Shipping

    • We will ship items the working day after receiving cleared payment;

For damaged calendars: Please return the calendar, 2nd class post, in the envelope it was delivered in (return address is on the envelope). Please message us so we are aware of the return. We will post a replacement calendar and refund the cost of the postage when we receive the returned calendar;
For unwanted calendars: The return postage cost is at the buyer's expense. Unwanted calendars should be returned in the same condition they were received in (ie shrink wrapped). Please message us so we are aware of the return. We will refund the balance (less the cost of postage). Alternatively, we can exchange the calendar.
