Terms and Conditions
Price and Order
1. The price is inclusive of VAT. The price does not include delivery charges.
2. The delivery discount is available for each additional item. Please email us info@aquaera.co.uk if you wish to order multiple items.
3. Payment of the items must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods.
4. We accept Visa/MC/Discover/Amex through www.PayPal.com. Cheques and postal orders please email.
5. We only accept PayPal for overseas orders.
6. Payment is due within 7 days of auction closing for auction format. Please notify us in advance for any delay payment. Otherwise, the transaction will be forfeited. We reverse the right to open an Unpaid Item Dispute and to credit the final value fee from eBay for any non-paying customers plus Negative Feedback.
Postage, Packing and Delivery
1. All items are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment.
2. All parcels to UK mainland are sent via Royal Mail First Class, this is a next working day delivery service. Large items will be delivered by either Royal Mail or other reliable couriers. Overseas orders will be delivered by Royal Mail.
3. We will not accept responsibility for any lost or stolen goods in the post.
4. If you have any special delivery requests please email us info@aquaera.co.uk and we will do our best for you.
5. Orders paid by cheque will be dispatched when the cheque clears.
6. If your goods do not arrive within 3 working days then please email us and we will investigate any problems.

Cancellation and Return
1. If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund by informing us within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods.
2. Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation by the buyer at the buyer’s expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey. A buyer will receive a full refund of all monies paid for the goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation. If the buyer fails to return the goods following cancellation, we shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the goods from the buyer.
3. Returned goods must be in original condition, and in original packaging.
4. When returned goods are found to be damaged due to the buyer’s fault the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
Warranty
1. Where the goods have been found to be defective, we shall repair in our UK premises, or in its sole discretion, replace defective goods direct from our UK warehouse free of charge, except buyer’s return postage, subject to the following conditions:
1.1 the buyer notifying us of the defect within 5 days of the defect becoming apparent.
1.2 provided your goods is within its warranty period.
1.3 the defect being due to the faulty design, materials or workmanship of the manufacturer. However, the warranty doesn’t cover the glass part of aquariums/fish tanks.
2. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, you will be liable for the return postage.
3. We offer alternative products if replacement is not available.
4. We shall be under no liability whatever to the buyer for any loss (including loss of profit), costs, damages, charges or expenses incurred by the buyer or for any loss or damage to or caused by the goods.
