What Do You Get?

Great quality A4 calendars printed on both sides, with a front cover and a page for each month, then spiral bound with a D hanger.  Each page has a different photograph and you can start the calendar at any month you like.  This is a great birthday, anniversary, or special occasion gift.

FilePrint operate a 'no quibble reprint' policy, that states 'If you didn’t get what you ordered – we will immediately re-print your job and ship it to you'. So as to ensure this offer is applied appropriately for our customers, FilePrint has the following policy:

When: Any quality issues should be raised with FilePrint within 3 days from the delivery. Re-prints will not normally be authorised after this period.

Return to Printer: If a job has been incorrectly printed or finished, then A SINGLE document should be returned to the printer before a re-print can be authorised, if appropriate this can be done in electronic format. By seeing the issues with the print, the printer should be able to rectify any problems. If, however, documents have been damaged in transit, then each damaged document should be returned, for re-print.

This policy is exactly that, a policy - not rules. We will always look at each case on its own merits.
