Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. 
All items less than 1.1kg are packed and franked on site ready for dispatch at 7:30am the following morning. Should you place your order before 2pm then it will leave us that same day.  
All items over 1.1kg in weight are dispatched via our fully insured and trackable Parcelforce Worldwide account. 
Upon dispatch we will email you the items tracking number, along with a direct link to the items progress at Parcelforce.com 
PLEASE NOTE: All Parcelforce items sent to Northern Ireland & Channel Islands are subject to a £7.50GBP additional surcharge. 
*24Hr Next Working Day delivery is from point of dispatch. All orders are dispatched ASAP, if we can get it on that days van, we'll do it. 
Should for whatever reason you fail to recieve your tracking details, simply call our team on 0333 700 7770 with the delivery address Post Code and they'll be more then happy to quote you your tracking number.

At Stuart-Inc we do not believe in set terms. Because each order is different, we access any issue with a common sense approach. 
In the unlikely event of a problem occurring simply call a member of our team, Tel: 0333 700 7770 and we’ll work the situation to your favor. If this means we need to replace or refund you for an item, then so be it.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
