Isabella Awning (6 months old) in as new condition + additional reconditioned awning which has not been used

Very good clean condition for year with a couple of minor marks as expected for a caravan of this age but nothing serious, tyres have plenty tread

The cushions are all in good condition as is the blinds and windows.

Seperate toilet and shower cubical, Wardrobe, bunk beds which convert from table & 2 chairs, sink, gas hob, microwave, no cooker,

 water pump, hook up, gas bottle, heater, hitch lock

We have had this pitched for this season and it has been great with no problems. There are 3 window stayers broken, however only at one side of window so it does not cause a problem
