H & S Computer Solutions accept to take back any product that you are unhappy with, in its original packaging and then a full refund would be given excluding Postage costs.  

If for any reason a product is faulty then you must return it to us, where you as the customer must pay for the Postage and if the product is faulty then a replacement Product will be sent out or if you want a refund then this will be given to the full amount.
