The pads will have a minimum of 12 months shelve life left. The instructions for use are included on the packaging.

How it works.

By using C.S.I. technology the Slendertone^® belts can stimulate all the abdominal muscles, not just those under the belt. The stimulation is applied to the areas where the muscle nerves are concentrated close together. The electrodes are made from a special medical grade “hydro gel”. This gel is able to comfortably conduct electricity from the belt into your body.

There are several layers in the gel. The layer beside the belt has stronger adhesive properties. This is so the pads stick to the belt more than your skin. In the centre there is a special carbon impregnated layer. This has a silver ink grid printed on it. This grid ensures that the electrical current is evenly spread over the electrode. The even spread of current prevents “Hot spots” and uncomfortable stinging.
