We are as honest as we can be with our descriptions to avoid disappointment so if you bid on a 'rag rug' for instance, please don't expect Silk Loom Work for the price paid!!

Also, some handmade items may well arrive slightly grubby, this is exactly how they come from the makers and they invariably won't have time or resources to wash items so please accept this also although we do make an effort to pick out the cleanest products we can!

 

All our stock is shipped directly to you from our base in Westbury, Wiltshire.

We use Royal Mail for all that we send.

UK deliveries will usually be made within 2 working days.  Please allow 10-14 days for all other destinations

If you haven't received your item within the stated time please contact us before leaving feedback.

Items are posted every working day and some Saturdays.  We aim to despatch items paid for by 1pm GMT on the same working day.

PLEASE NOTE: We will offer postage discounts on multiple purchases, we will make the required adjustments before invoicing you, please do not pay until you have received our invoice.

INSURANCE:  Item posted with Recorded Delivery will be covered for values up to £32, items above this value will be sent Special Delivery only and insured for the correct amount.

Unwanted items purchased from us can be returned for a refund. Unfortunately, no delivery charges are refunded unless goods are faulty or the wrong item has been shipped, we will email you once your return has been received and your refund processed. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for the return of unwanted items.

Returns have to be received within a 14-day period after purchase. Please ensure that returns are in their original condition and packaging.

BANK TRANSFERS:  This is our preferred method of payment.  Payment can be made online to our HSBC Account or by calling in to any High Street branch.  You will need to use your ebay id as payment reference.

PAYPAL: For overseas customers this is the only payment form we accept, we are happy to accept Paypal for all UK customers too. 

CHEQUES / POSTAL ORDERS:  Customers may pay by personal cheque, bankers draft or postal order made payable to Kultya Ltd and posted to the address given after completion of sale.  Please allow 7 days to clear all cheques before despatch of goods.
