In my opinion a beautiful QUALITY ART NOUVEAU PERIOD 19thc VICTORIAN  FRENCH, FULLY MARKED BIRD DESIGNED PLATE, C1880 TRANSFER PRINTED. Marked as shown with a seated shinx, P. Regout & Co. Maastricht, and PLATE.  An exquisite example, with  this quite unusual and attractive design.

The  plate is in good order. There is a small and expected amount of  age associated wear,   and tear. There are  no chip, nor hairline cracks.   Combined postage offered.

Plate  diameter is 7 inches.
