We dispatch daily where possible and always aim to send items within 3 working days. We are not responsible for delays that are caused by the Royal Mail. If you require your item to be sent by special delivery to guarantee next day delivery please contact us before paying for a revised postage quote.

Proof of posting receipts are kept for one month after posting. In the unlikely event that your item is lost we will provide you with the proof of posting receipt so you can make a claim directly with the Royal Mail.

If your purchase is unsuitable for any reason please return it to us for a refund.  The cost of returning the item is met by the buyer.  Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original condition.  Items that appear to be have used or worn will not be refunded.

Due to health and safety regulations we regret to advise that we are unable to refund earrings.
