We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, excluding public holidays. Questions & transactions will be dealt with as quickly as possible during normal business hours. All items are shipped by a trackable courier service, usually delivered 24-48hours after shipment (normal working days (not weekends or holidays)).

We can accept payment via credit or debit card, cheque, draft, transfer, paypal or in person / on collection. Payment is required prior to shipment. Cheques may need to clear, taking 3-5 days approx. Please do not send cash by post. Postal payments should be sent to our London office.

We do not ship via postal services, unless specified in the item listing, or to a BFPO upon request. We do require a full postal address, as our delivery company does not deliver to PO Box addresses. A telephone number is also requested by our courier, which will only be used in case of delivery issue/s.

Where possible, we will combine items/invoices to reduce the shipping cost. Combined invoices must be for auctions ending within a few days of each other, or by arrangement (please contact us to make arrangements).

Collection from our office is possible. Please contact us as soon as possible after winning an auction/listing, so we can arrange a suitable date/time.

Replacements/returns/refunds will only be given for items which are dead-on-arrival, unless they have been sold as such.
