UK Shipping:

All our items are shipped directly from our stock within two working days of purchase.

Smaller items are shipped via Royal Mail.

Larger items are shipped via Parcelforce. 

Items over 1.5 metres in length or 3 metres around widest point will be delivered on Parcelforce 48large service and carry a surcharge which will be included in the postage cost shown in the listing. Certain UK postcodes are excluded from the Parcelforce 48large service. If your postcode comes under these exclusions we will advise you and try and find a courier who delivers to your area.

A full list of UK postcodes excluded from the Parcelforce 48large delivery service can be found on the Parcelforce website.

Prices quoted for Parcelforce deliveries are for UK mainland only and not for Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands. For items under 1.5m and 30kg, shipping to these areas are charged at £14.95 for Parcelforce 48 delivery. Items over 30kg or 1.5m/3m around are charged at £28.95 for Parcelforce 48large delivery where this service is available. 

If you wish to buy more than one item from our shop then please contact us and we will get a price for combined postage.

International Shipping:

All our items are shipped directly from our stock within 3 working days of purchase.

Smaller items are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail.

Larger items are shipped via a courier. Our preferred European courier is GLS through the Parcelforce Euro 48 Service. We will need the buyers contact telephone number in case the courier needs to contact you regarding delivery. Items cannot be sent without a contact telephone number.

Buyers outside the European Union are responsible for any customs or import duty charges incurred with your purchase.

If the shipping cost is not listed for your country then please email us and we will get a cost for you where possible.

Payment:

We only accept payments via Paypal. Ebay members without a Paypal account can still use the Paypal checkout to make a credit card payment without signing up for an account.

Return Policy:

Buyers have the right to cancel their order within 7 working days of the delivery date so long as they are returned in their original packaging, the packaging is in new condition and the goods have not been used or fitted. 

Refunds will only be issued once a return request or cancellation agreement has been accepted and the part has been returned and inspected. Original and return shipping costs will not be refunded. A 10% handling charge will also apply to parts ordered incorrectly.

Parts quoted as left side and right side are viewed from the rear of the car. So left is nearside and right is offside (UK).

Trim/paint codes and vehicle specific 'PR' (option) numbers can be found on the car's data sticker which will be on the inside cover of the original service book and also on the car body (normally in the spare wheel well).

We strongly advise that you have already checked which part number you need for your car before ordering an item. You could do this with a main dealer or by checking the part number on your old part. You can then search our shop listings to see if we have the part number you need. Remember that VWG uses alot of the same parts across many makes and models. We cannot list all these variations in the item title so using the part number search is the best way to see if we have the part you need! 

The 'Application guide' is to be used as a guide only and whilst we try and include as much information as possible variations on part numbers can occur with different models/engines and vehicle chassis breaks etc. You must therefore ensure that you have checked that the part number listed is the correct one for your specific car before ordering.
