Postage & Packing
We Post items Mon to Fri by Courier dispatch or Royal Mail
Please note the postage costs are not just to cover shipping.  It is also for the cost of administration, packaging, address & returns labels.

[1] THE SHIPPING QUOTED IS FOR THE UK ONLY. Overseas costs will be higher so ask for an estimate before buying.
[2] Items are packed in suitable packaging and sent first or second-class, parcel post or Courier as appropriate. We will notify you on the day of despatch. Please remember weekends and Bank holidays when leaving feedback
[3] We will acknowledge receipt of your full payment by contacting you. Your goods will normally be dispatched the next working day, after cleared payment. Monday to Friday
[4] We do not take any responsibility for damage or the loss of items in the mail. Items very rarely go astray. We always obtain proof of posting which we can send to you should your item go missing.
[5] If your item arrives damaged in the post it will be your responsibility to make a claim from Royal Mail or the courier.
[6] Do not sign for anything that clearly looks like it may have been damaged in transit as you will not be able to claim compensation from the carrier for any damage afterwards.
[7] We will combine postage & packing if you buy multiple items. Please request a total before paying.
[8] If you don’t ask for a total & pay, we will still send all your items, but they may all be in the same package.
[9] We only ship to registered Ebay or Paypal addresses
[10] Additional Shipping Rates may apply to bidders in Channel Islands, Ireland & Scottish Highlands.  Bidders in these areas should email me BEFORE BIDDING for additional shipping rates.

 Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt, after obtaining a returns code.
Return postage Costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non refundable.
Once we have received the returned item it will be checked & if found to be unopened damaged we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on our stock availability.
All items must be returned in the original wrappings and unused, therefore we make special mention to be very careful when unwrapping the items to keep the wraps intact.  Please keep hold of the original packaging that the item(s) were delivered in as you will need to return the item in the manner the item was received, this is essential to avoid damages on return and we must let you know at this stage that the responsibility for this is with you the buyer.

If the item has been opened, we would not be able to make a damages claim from our suppliers and we would not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
