Once we have received the returned item it will be checked & if found to be unopened damaged we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on our stock availability. All items must be returned in the original wrappings and unused, therefore we make special mention to be very careful when unwrapping the items to keep the wraps intact. Please keep hold of the original packaging that the item(s) were delivered in as you will need to return the item in the manner the item was received, this is essential to avoid damages on return and we must let you know at this stage that the responsibility for this is with you the buyer. If the item has been opened, we would not be able to make a damages claim from our suppliers and we would not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
