Shipping

We ship every day from Monday to Friday and do our utmost to ship your items the same or next working day after receiving your order. Should this not be possible we will email to let you know of the delay and the reason for this delay.

Within the UK We use the Royal Mail 1st Class or 1st Class Recorded for smaller items and Royal Mail Parcelforce for larger items. This is a Trackable method and a signature will be required on Delivery. Insurance is included.

Next day delivery is available at an additional cost. Please contact us by Phone before ordering to check availability, options and price and we will do our best to help.

Outside of the UK Please contact us for a price before bidding. We use Royal Mail Small Packet Signed For or Airsure for smaller items and Parcelforce for larger items. This is fully insured and Trackable. A signature will be required when your items are delivered. We will not send overseas by methods which don't need a signature. Delivery times vary from Country to Country. Please contact us before ordering if you would like an estimated time.

Returns

In the event of you not being entirely satisfied with your product you may contact us to arrange its return and replacement. You should contact us within 7 days of receiving your product and obtain a returns number. Do not return anything to us before you receive this number. Return of the product is your responsibility so we recommend using a Trackable Delivery method.
 
 
Should the product be found to be faulty we will be pleased to provide a replacement and refund your return postage costs. 
 

Should you simply change your mind we meet the requirements of the Distance Selling Regulations and more. Again please contact us within 7 days to obtain a returns number. The item must then be returned to us in the original packaging and in the condition it left us. Failure to do this will mean that we cannot accept a return. In the event of a replacement product being required you will have to pay additional carriage fees, in the event of a refund being required we will refund the amount you were charged for the product. We reserve the right to offer you a credit note in place of a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as stated in the consumers act.
