We are business mineral sellers. Our aim is to provide the advanced collector with a variety of systematic minerals of famous or unusual
locations.
Currently we can deliver from a stock variety of more than 3.000 different kind of mineral specimen.
Also the beginning collector is very welcome. Many of the standard specimen are held on stock. Watch out for sales and bargain offers.

| Shipping |
To save on postage you can combine several items in 1 single package.
Our shipping charges are based on the Royal Mail's tariff - and we charge only official postage fees - nothing else!
All orders above GBP £ 25.00 (single item or combined packages) inside UK and all International orders will
be sent only as 'signed for' or with additional insurance automatically and you should confirm if a special delivery is not
needed before or when transferring the payment.
For deliveries under GB £ 25 recorded or insured transport is optional.
All national 'signed for', and 'international signed for', 'Airsure' orders shipped with Royal Mail will have a tracking # and on all these orders
we will provide full support on claims for lost or damaged packages. For all other deliveries we obtain 'Certificate of Posting' for use in the
event of reported damaged or non-delivery packages.
All orders are shipped out the next possible business day after payment is received.
When your order is shipped out you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and the tracking # included.
We are not responsible for any customs fees that the recipient country will charge for your order.

When the arrival of the recorded/registered package is reported
we are offering 50 % refund of the postage fees
back into your PayPal account

| Returns |
Please contact us by email and announce the return of an item. All returned items must be sent back 14 days after arrival in its
original packaging, display box, and accompanied with the packing slip. When the item has returned we refund your payment.

| Payment |
Due at latest 5 days after the auction has ended or a purchase with 'buy it now'. After unpaid 7 days an unpaid item report is filed at ebay.
We prefer International payment with PayPal. You can pay us with any major credit card, debit card, bank transfer, PayPal account.
Only for United Kingdom: we accept also Postal Money Orders.
