 Antique Oak Bureau

 

This beautiful Arts And crafts Bureau would date from about 1895 to 1915 and is in lovely sturdy condition. It's delicate legs are held firm with it's decorative cross stretcher.

The frieze drawer is constructed with dovetail joints and has it's original solid brass handles. The sloping flap which again has all it's original brass mounts and handle drops down to provide a spacious work area. To the inside there are a selection of pigeon holes and compartments. This is all finished with a decorative upstand to the tray top.

 

 The bureau is in it's original pollish but has been recently wax polished giving it a warm inviting sheen.

The Bureau measures;

27 inches wide

17 inches deep

30.5 inches to work area

50 inches high over all.

 

The cost to deliver this bureau to  England, Wales and Scotland (Glasgow to Edinbourgh) is £70.00.

This will be delivered by a specialist Antique  courier and will usually be with you within 10 days, but please allow up to 21.

Alternatively you are welcome to collect from my showroom at any time.
