PRETTY FRENCH VINTAGE CAPITONNE UPHOLSTERED DOUBLE BED

  French Capitonne Bed

 This lovely French bed is in good all round condition with only a couple of small tears to the head board at mattress level which is shown in the photos.

  It stands on escargot feet with the frame of the bed being constructed in a light beach. The decorative mould runs around both the head and foot board and continues along the side rails.

The patterned upholstery is clean and studded all round. 

The side rails bolt in to the head and foot boards to give a very firm and secure fixing. As with all French beds, it comes with no base, but slats can be made for an extra £40.00.

This bed will easily take a modern 4 foot 6 inch double mattress and measures;

58.5 inches wide

79 inches long

45 inch head board 

28 inch foot board

The cost to deliver this bed to  England, Wales and Scotland (Glasgow to Edinbourgh) is £70.00.

This will be delivered by a specialist Antique  courier and will usually be with you within 10 days, but please allow up to 21.
