All hoops ordered by 5pm are despatched next working day and are sent whole so no assembly needed.  Because of size they cannot be sent 1st class.  Options are Parcel Post (3-5 working days) / Special Delivery  (next day & signature required).   The Ebook is sent via email on day of postage.

 RETURN POLICY - If you are not completely satisfied (which I'm sure you will be), then buyer will incur postage charges in returning item for a refund on Hoop. 

DAMAGED ON RECEIPT OR LOSS - please contact me immediately to discuss a claim.  I will deal with immediately if delivered by Special Delivery otherwise the claim will need to be processed with the Post Office and funds would be passed to the Buyer once refunded by the Post Office (normally takes about 21 days).

A: Hi I'm a size 10 and I use a 38". The weight you state is too heavy. Its better with .65kg hoop for easy trick work Regards
