We ask that all purchases are paid for within 7 days, if we do not receive your payment or a notice of intention to pay and/or we are unable to contact you, we will treat your purchases as cancelled. In cases where purchases are cancelled, we will initiate an "Unpaid Item Process".

We do not charge additional fees for receiving payments made using the PayPal service; we prefer payments to be made using PayPal as payments will be protected by an insurance policy.

If your payment is to be made by Personal Cheques and/or Postal Orders, please contact us first to make arrangements. Please note that we require 7 days for cheques to clear into our accounts and we will not dispatch orders until we have received notice of the cleared funds.

Orders made before 12pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed at any other time and/or day will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that orders will only be processed once we have received receipt of your payment, orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Only two delivery attempts will be made by our couriers, any subsequent delivery attempts will be subject to a further charge. We will contact you with delivery schedule information for your consignment; it is your responsibility to ensure the receipt of your consignment. Our couriers work with us to be as flexible as possible, if you would like to take receipt of your consignment on a specific day and/or time please contact us to make special arrangements.

In the event of any unforeseen delay, we will contact you with updated delivery schedule information.

We remain committed to every customer and ensuring your satisfaction, if you find you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, you may return your purchases within 14 days of receipt. We will only accept returns if, the items in your purchases are in an unused condition and in our original packaging. We will only issue a refund when a product has been deemed as faulty and/or where a direct replacement is not available.

If you would like to return your purchases, please contact us first to make arrangements. We will not refund any carriage charges incurred by you when returning your purchases unless this has been agreed by us in prior communication. All products are new and provided with a 30 day warranty and/or a 12 month manufactures warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page/listing.
