The goods must be unused and in original condition and packaging, for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchange (re-shipping charges apply).  If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. Your statutory rights are not affected. For all goods, if in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, refunds or exchanges can only be offered provided that either the goods have been damaged in transit or are faulty in any way. If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. Should it be necessary for the goods to be returned, we would be grateful if they could be adequately packaged for a full refund of payment (including original and return postage.)

Goods will only be replaced if there is a fault, if the goods delivered are not of satisfactory quality or if you feel that the goods fall short of the impression given by the web site. Items must be returned immediately and in their original packaging. Any items damaged by misuse will not be replaced at our expense although they can be returned for a chargeable repair.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
