All our items are in stock, hence we are able to despatch all purchases in a timely manner. If you are unable to find your size, please contact us and we will be happy to order it for you, subject to availability.

As a registered retailer, by law you as a consumer are entitled to return any item in its original condition for a refund or exchange.
 

We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange. We want your experience with Shoemans to be easy and hassle-free. If you have any concerns or issues with your product, please feel free to contact us prior to returning your item(s).

We have a 7 day unconditional return policy on all unworn items. Returns must come in their original packaging and include all contents. Once the returns are received we will refund the purchase price. Shipping fees will NOT be refunded.

For exchanges p&p charges will apply.

Please inform us if you are planning to return an item for exchange/refund, and we will instruct you on how to proceed. Returns/exchanges must be received within 7 days of receipt.

We can order your requested sizes subject to availability. Please contact us with the details and we will do our best.

Will taxes/duties be charged upon delivery?
Yes, taxes/duties still apply in addition to the shipping fee you pay.

Can we mark the item as a gift or sample?
Unfortunately, we are unable to mark any items that we ship as a gift or sample. We mark the items with the price you pay for them. There is nothing we can do to help you avoid paying taxes/duties upon delivery.

Does the item come in the original box?
All items come in the original box unless noted in the auction.

UK
All items despatched on Next Day Delivery, subject to payments received by 12noon. The shipping charge is £6.50 for the first item and £4.00 for each additional item. Insurance is included in the shipping fee.

Occasional delays may occur due to additional checks required on unverified paypal accounts, low feedback accounts and debit/credit card payments. 

For payments via cheque/ postal order or bank transfers, items will be dispatched once the payment has cleared in our account.

Europe & International
For purchase of any items please contact us in advance and we will quote you the appropriate shipping charges.

For most European countries the standard shipping charge is £13.50 for the first item and £5.00 for each additional item.

For most International countries the standard shipping charge is £16.50 for the first item and £6.00 for each additional item.
