Iconic Green Lens Bullet Vase Rudolph Schrotter c1955
An iconic green Lens/Bullet vase, designed by Rudolph Schrotter for Rosice Glassworks Czechoslovakia, (part of the Sklo Union glassworks) circa 1955, pattern #914/150
The machine cut base has a "bird bath" like depression and is typical of the pressed glass produced by these factories at this time
This square vase is in great vintage condition with just a small chip to the lower rim and a slightly larger chip to one of the sides close to the rim (pictured), stands 20cm high, measures 8cm diameter at the rim, 6.5cm diameter at the 3cm thick base and weighs a solid 1250g before packing
