Iconic Amber Lens Bullet Vase Rudolph Schrotter c1955
An iconic amber Lens/Bullet vase, designed by Rudolph Schrotter for Rosice Glassworks Czechoslovakia, (part of the Sklo Union glassworks) circa 1955, pattern #914/150
The machine cut base has a "bird bath" like depression and is typical of the pressed glass produced by these factories at this time
This square vase is in great vintage condition with just a small chip to one of the lower edge corners (pictured), stands 15cm high, measures 6cm diameter at the rim, 5cm diameter at the 3cm thick base and weighs a solid 740g before packing
