We are based in the NORTH WEST of ENGLAND near WIGAN / LIVERPOOL & MANCHESTER. There are however some occassions when the item is not kept 'on site' - therefore in these circumstances delivery will be made via the usual advertised methods. We ALWAYS aim to ship items within 24 hours of funds being cleard into our account. However, due to our location and personal circumstances there are occassions when this takes a little longer, all parcels WILL be shipped in 3-5 business days. In case of cheque payment the goods will be shipped within 24 hours of the cheque clearing - normally 5 working days after cheque being recieved. We offer delivery via 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded & Special Delivery , and also use DHL, FED Ex and HDNL couriers for the larger and heavier items. We will always ship to any location around the world (sorry NO Sales via NIGERIAN buyers ... "once bitten .. .etc", we also reserve the right to refuse Canadian and Italian buyers due the their local post being riddled with fraud). International bidders email us BEFORE BIDDING. FAILED DELIVERIES
Items Returned To Us after Failed Delivery - if you have failed to answer / were out - on holiday or did not hear the door.... the courier will leave a WHILE YOU WERE OUT card explaining what you must do to retrieve your parcel - in this instance if you do not retrieve your parcel in-time and it gets returned to us then you must pay for the postage again for us to re-send it.
SIGNING FOR YOUR DELIVERY
When signing for your delivery - we will only entertain claims when the delivery has been signed for as "UNCHECKED", "DAMAGED" or "REFUSED".
Also In the very rare occasion that the courier damages or looses the parcel then the claim will be carried out for you - but you must comply with all requests by us and/or the courier company in a timely manner. As often the courier has to receive a email or photos from you.
FAILURE TO DO SO WILL VOID YOUR RIGHT TO CLAIM.
In the case of a claim ONLY the item price is insured and not the p&p charge regardless of how much or little this maybe.
