Postcards are awarded 10 pts and lose ½pt for each small fault, more - if the faults are more serious. If the card is pricey or loses 3½ pts (or more), all the faults are listed.

PACKING, SHIPPING and A GUARANTEE

Each card purchased singly is enclosed in a new (or nearly new) Polyprotec pocket, quantity lots may be enclosed in a clear fronted bag or pocket. Single purchases are usually sent in an ordinary envelope with a specially made envelope stiffener and extra cardboard to give even more protection, although they may be sent in a card backed envelope. 2 to 6 cards are normally sent in a 'Heavyweight' board backed envelope with extra cardboard to give even more protection, although they may be sent in a strong Jiffy bag. Larger quantities are always sent in a strong Jiffy bag. We always seal the envelopes with Sellotape, stamp them with our return address and obtain proof of posting, and if it does not arrive within 14 working days, just write to us (pen and ink variety) and we will refund your payment. We will then use your letter to pursue Royal Mail and try to recover our loss. Please note that items sent via surface mail can take up to eight weeks.

IF YOU INTEND TO BUY MORE THAN ONE LOT

If you buy two, or more lots I will send them together and save you postage, but PLEASE do not pay for them until you get my combined invoice. When you have finished buying, send me an e-mail asking for the invoice.

U.K:

1-3 postcards - postage as for one card;

4-6 cards - £1.21 (second class) or £1.35 (first class);

7+ cards - £1.50 (our maximum UK shipping charge) or £2.00 (recorded).

EUROPE:

For each extra postcard lot add 7p to the quoted postage

REST OF THE WORLD:

For each extra postcard lot add 13p to the quoted postage.
