     Returns accepted, no questions asked. Items must be returned in original   package and condition.

     If your goods arrive damaged or faulty please notify us within 14 days via telephone or email, details can be found on your packing slip. If you there is a problem please contact me before leaving negative feedback so that this can be rectified.

     Every effort will be made to replace your item, where this proves difficult a refund will be offered. Returned goods should be adequately packed and sent with the correct postage, refunds will only be given when we have received and checked the returned goods. 

     Postage will be refunded on faulty or damaged items only.

Payment

Payment must be received within 7 days of the sale

     Payment via PayPal is preferred and must be made in GB pounds. No other form of electronic payment is acceptable. 

     Postal Orders are accepted and goods will be despatched immediately these are received.

    I would respectfully ask that on receipt of your goods you be kind enough to leave feedback for me.  This is confirmation to me that the goods have arrived safely and that you are happy with the transaction.  If you there is a problem please contact me before leaving negative feedback so that this can be rectified.

UK Postage

     Postage is always quoted for 1^st class delivery.

     We aim to despatch all orders within a maximum 48-hour turn around period.

     Next Day Guaranteed Delivery quoted on most items. If multiple items are purchased please contact me, before payment is made so that the price can be checked and if necessary adjusted.

     Packing is included in the price. All goods are checked prior to packing and we ensure that adequate packing is used to minimise breakages.

Overseas Postage

    Unless otherwise stated prices quoted are for standard Air Mail services. Proof of posting is always obtained

      Air Sure and signed for services can be tracked and can offer higher insurance levels for more expensive items / orders, quotes available on request.
