Customer assurance, replacements and returns policy

Customer service and satisfaction are extremely important to us and we endeavour to deal with any queries as quickly as possible. eBay messaging is the best way to contact us, however we are a small team and sometimes it may take a couple of days for us to reply so don't worry it you do not get an immediate response (particularly over the weekend). Please be assured that you will get a reply and we are confident that any queries or problems will be resolved satisfactorily.

 

All items are quality checked prior to posting for any physical signs of damage and receive a final quality and content check before we despatch them to you.

Should an item arrive in a faulty condition, or be missing any accessories, please do let us know and we will arrange for you to return the faulty item, or for a replacement or refund. Simply contact us and complete our returns form (if requested) and we will be able to process your return as efficiently as possible.

Faulty items

 

If the product is tested and confirmed faulty, we will then return your postage amount to you (a maximum of Royal Mail recorded rates only) and issue you with a replacement or refund.

We will need a detailed description of the problem before authorising a replacement, We will not refund or replace items that appear to have been damaged through installation or misuse.

 

Unwanted items

If the product is not faulty but does not meet your requirements, providing it is returned to us in an un-used, undamaged state (including packaging), we will offer you a goodwill refund however our postage costs will be deducted from any amount refunded. The listing may show the postage as free, however we still have to pay the Royal Mail to deliver the item and that delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

All items have to be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note if you do not use the returns form there may be a delay in processing your replacement or refund.

Delivery AND Payment options

 

All items are posted from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail. Postal charges also include the cost of packaging and materials. If the item is listed with free postage, we still send it recorded delivery in bubble wrap etc, it doesn't mean we scrimp on packaging because of this offer. Our delivery times are based on Royal Mail delivery times.

All items are usually posted the same day if payment is received before 1 pm (weekend purchases will be dispatched on Monday am or Tuesday if its a UK Bank Holiday) Please contact us before placing an order if you have any special delivery requirements, such as urgent Special Delivery or courier services. Make sure we confirm it, as we will not guarantee it without.

Buying From Overseas Warning!

Beware from buying products on eBay outside of the UK. Did you know you will incur an additional 15% vat charge, a 10% uk import duty and don't forget the courier admin fee (£10) when the item is delivered? Foreign sellers tend to forget this information, but the courier will not release your goods until you pay it!

So always check the item's location before you buy!
Sometimes an item may appear to be in the UK, even registered to a UK seller, but it in fact will be shipped to you from outside of the country and be imported, we know it happens (a lot), always ask about where your products are being delivered from and who will provide you with the support when you need it beyond your feedback left on eBay..
