    Postage and Packaging Cost    

  • Postage and Packaging charges are according to the overheads we incur. These are to cover: Packaging material (Black Shrink wrap or Mailing Bag + Packing tape, etc.), Packing time, Postage cost, transportation to post office and queuing at the post office.
  • We do combine postage on multiple purchases. The discount, approx up to 30%. will be automatically calculated by eBay on the additional items purchased if bought in a single transaction.   

       Delivery               

  • All items will be posted within 24-72 hours on weekdays providing full payment is received via PayPal.
  • We only post items to the buyers address which is provided on eBay or unless contacted via eBay message only.
  •  Buyers will receive a Dispatch Notification on the day we post the items.
  • All items will be posted by Royal Mail second class post or standard parcel. In some circumstances we deliver through a different transport firm. If extra 77p is paid then item will be posted by Second class recorded delivery.  Some items are sent compulsory second class recorded delivery if stated on the listing.
  • Once items are posted they are in the hands of Royal Mail. We are not liable for late deliveries or any other claim.
  • Parcels are normally delivered within 2-4 working days (see my feedback) by Royal Mail to your ebay stated address. If no one is indoors to receive the parcel, then it is the buyers responsiblity to collect it from their local Royal Mail sorting office. We are not responsible for non collected items.  
  • We always obtain a proof of posting and is provided on your request.
  • If item has not been received within 15 working days, please contact me through eBay message. (As per Royal Mail, it can take up to 15 working days for buyer to receive item or can be collected from local sorting office)

     Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds shall be issued if item is sent back to us within 7 days of receiving the item with its original packaging and tags intact.
  • Refunds will be given once item has been received back, please obtain a proof of posting as i will not refund on items not received. Please include your user ID and postcode.
  • Electrical items/watches sold will not be guaranteed by us as we provide a guarantee card with the item and they are guaranteed by the manufactures/importers.
  • We only refund for the item only and not for the postage & packaging cost.
  • Return postage costs for items will not be refundable.
