FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS SENT BY US - Buyers must contact us for a Returns Authorisation (RA) before sending back to us. The RA form must be completed fully and MUST accompany goods. Any goods received without the RA will not be accepted. 
Items covered by a Manufacturer's warranty may be need to be sent to a Repair Centre in your locality or returned to a central Repar Centre.
