Please contact us through eBay messages before Returning Goods To Fab Fancy Dress Ltd. Please outline the nature of the problem or reason for returning the goods.

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order Fab Fancy Dress Ltd will refund the value of goods supplied (excluding delivery costs) provided that they, together with the original invoice, are returned to Fab Fancy Dress Ltd unworn, unused & in perfect condition to the address specified on the invoice, within 7 days of delivery. It will be at the sole discretion of Fab Fancy Dress Ltd if returns will be accepted if goods are returned after 7 Days. If the postage cost was included within the price paid and you wish to return the item for a different size then an additonal postage cost will be charged to the customer for sending out a different sized item. Fab Fancy Dress reserves the right not to offer a general refund if Any goods are returned after 7 days. However Fab Fancy Dress Ltd will look at every individual case and make a decision based on each cases individual merits, if Fab Fancy Dress Ltd decide a refund will not be given the Item will be returned to the customer & the customer will incur the cost of postage & Packaging .
