A beautiful 7 Rooms, fully decorated blue exterior, 9mm M.D.F. Dolls house kit in 1/12 Scale. £79.99! 

This is a lovely Dolls House Kit with 7 rooms in total consisting of six main rooms, and one large attic room. This beautifully designed house comes with eight Pediment Georgian style windows, two dormer attic windows and front pediment door. The exterior has a lovely blue finish with the windows & door finished in white.

The House is front side hindged opening and comes complete with two sets of stairs & removable seperating interior walls so you can decide the size of the rooms. A fully tiled & hinged Roof with ready built dormers. This is a kit that is very easy to construct (slot & screw together)And comes flat packed with full Instructions & screws included.!
