If on receipt of goods you discover they are faulty or damaged please send an email to info@wildday.com with your eBay username in the subject title. Explain briefly the problem you have had and let us know the best way to contact you. We will Endeavour to reply to your email or call you within 24hrs.

Depending on the circumstances, we will repair goods, issue a credit or offer a refund.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF NON-FAULTY GOODS.

We do not exchange or refund non faulty items unless under exceptional circumstances. Buyer to return within 7 days in original packaging with labels, etc attached plus pay postage costs.

If you need to return a faulty item, please take the following steps so that we can process your package on its return.

1. Package the item appropriately and write your eBay username clearly visible on the OUTSIDE.
2. Enclose a brief note (also having your eBay username on it) explaining the reason for the return and if you require a repair or replacement (this enables us to dispatch your new goods as quickly and efficiently as possible).
3. If you include your postage receipt, we will happily refund you for this.
