Postage is not just the price that is included on the envelope it also includes safe packaging of your item(s) and the cost of the envelope etc. All Items are sent out 1st Class Recorded unless they are very large or heavy items in which case they are sent Parcelforce/DHL/ Citylink or items can be collected in person. We always are fair in our postage costs and normally charge less than what it actually costs us to send. We package all items very well before sending and obtain proof of posting. Always contact us if your item has gone missing or you have not recieved it and we will always do our best to help.
