To return a faulty product(s) simply wrap the package securely provide a written reason for the return a copy of the invoice.

PLEASE SEND BY RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY to the address below. We will replace faulty goods or refund back to a payment card if the product is no longer available.

We will not be held responsible for goods that are not sent by Recorded Delivery.

Refunds

You may return any unopened item(s) within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund. We will refund your payment card once we have received and processed the item(s) (please allow up to 10 working days). Delivery costs will only be refunded if the returned item is a result of our error.

Returns

If the goods are faulty or do not conform to description, you may contact eBargains Shop UK within 28 days and will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund. eBargains Shop UK reserves the right to retain the costs of delivery where goods are returned for no cause, as set out above.

Testing

We do test every returned product, if it is found not to be faulty it will be returned to you with a postage & insurance charge not exceeding £3.95. We advise you to check the item(s) with an alternative compatible product before returning.
