Whilst Fergusons of Stirling Ltd makes every effort to ensure that goods supplied correspond to in every respect with the sample, specification or description, provided as the case maybe, Fergusons of Stirling Ltd is not responsible for the minor variations in specification, colour or other design features, and in the case of business purchasers no such minor variation shall entitle the Purchaser to rescind the contract or shall be the subject of any claim against Fergusons of Stirling Ltd by the Purchaser.

Deliveries & Shipping Charges
Fergusons of Stirling Ltd will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within the time indicated. However, we will not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this timescale or on any particular day or dates.
Shipping charges are worked out during checkout. There are normally 1-3 shipping options available. All orders are sent using Royal Mail, City Link, FedEx or via another reputable carrier. "Seller's Standard Rate" shipping option will be provided by City Link or FedEx and are normally a next working day service for payments cleared before 3pm to mainland UK addresses only. Please make sure someone will be in to receive your delivery as further charges may apply if more then two delivery attempts are made. All deliveries must be fully inspected upon delivery as insurance will not be valid for deliveries signed for undamaged or not inspected. Northern Ireland and other offshore islands must select Royal Mail postage options only. Royal Mail 1st Class deliveries are aimed at 1-2 days delivery.  Royal Mail Standard Parcels is normally a 3-5 day service provided to all of UK including offshore islands. However please allow up to 2 weeks for all Royal Mail deliveries. All Royal Mail services may be delayed during busy mail periods. 

Title
Title to any goods supplied to the customer by Fergusons of Stirling Ltd shall remain the property of Fergusons of Stirling Ltd until paid for in full.
Title to the goods passes to you immediately before your consignment is delivered to our nominated carrier(s) for dispatch. If you wish to collect the goods personally, please e-mail us to this effect so that we can make the necessary arrangements. 

Contract Cancellation / Returns
If you are a consumer you have the right, to cancel the contract and receive a full or partial refund for items purchased. 
You must inform us in either writing or electronic mail of your desire to cancel within 14 days commencing on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You then have a reasonable period of 7 days to return the goods to us.
You must return the goods to us at your cost in an unused and re-saleable condition and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. 
Fergusons of Stirling Ltd is not responsible for any costs incurred during fitting or removal of any allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) goods. To offset the cost of order processing, the Purchaser may be charged a handling fee in accordance with costs incurred by the Company on all returned goods unless the Company accepts liability for any unsuitable or faulty item. An amount no greater than 25% of the original purchase price will be applied.
We shall refund the amount of money less handling fee within 30 days of cancellation in writing or electronic mail from you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
