On offer is a new factory sealed DVD REGION 0 (ALL) NTSC of the 2002 horror film SLAUGHTER STUDIOS. English and Thai language options. Directed by Brian Katkin. Stars Nicolas Read, Amy Shelton-White, Tara Killian, Laura Otis. 85 minutes. Special features: Trailer. The plot concerns a group of young filmmakers who go to the legendary but now abandoned Slaughter Studios, where years before a popular actor was killed in a freak accident, to finish the film that was never finished. Of course, a killer shows up and starts mutilating the cast in very bloody ways. The killings in this are pretty bloody; pickaxing, head smashing, head spearing, and head hooking. The end comes from left field too. Plenty of laughs and the obligatory n+dity. Great fun.
