I will normally ship items the same day of receiving confirmed payment. Items less than 1Kg I will usually send RM first class parcel delivery , or use a courier for heavier items
If you require other postage or delivery options, please leave a message for me and I'll cost it for you. EU bidders Please Check with me first for Postage to your country, unless it is specifically listed in the Postage and packaging section at the bottom of the listing.

Please note:
I make a charge of 25 pence per parcel to cover the cost of packaging. this can easily be checked against Royal Mail rates. I think it's a reasonable charge, and in line with eBay policy.
Please be aware that when you win an item you are entering into a contract, that is there for the benefit of both parties.
Returns: I do my best to describe my items fairly and accurately, however; I am human, and may make errors, or miss something, not immediately obvious to me.
Of course, you may return any item within 14 days, and where I am in error you will be refunded, or receive a replacement in full.
Should you not be happy with your item for any reason you are of course welcome to send the item back for a full refund or replacement, excluding outbound shipping and handling.
My aim is 100% customer satisfaction.
If you are going to return an item for any reason, please contact me through my mailbox within 7 days of receiving the item, and give an overview of the reason for the return.
Most of the items I sell are new "overstock" or end of line items. I do not test them all, or count individual parts contained within the package.
I buy them in good faith, just the same as you do, and expect that everything is OK.
If something is missing, or broken, please let me know first so that I can resolve the issue.
Occasionally, a small part may be missing form a package, and if this is the case, I can quite often send the replacement, and I will do this at my cost, and within 1 working day.
Messages received about returns: I will endeavour to answer within 24 hours, except in circumstances where I am away or ill, in this case there will be a notice in my shop holiday settings to this effect
When returning any item for refund or replacement. Please send back with the original packing slip, and include all of the original packing in case of a claim for damage in posting.
Feedback: If you have concerns with your items, please leave a message in my "ask the seller a question" mailbox, so that we may resolve any issues before leaving negative feedback. We both need a successful transaction.
On successful receipt of your goods, please leave feedback. Positive feedback is responded to automatically, and in likewise fashion
Late paying bidders will receive an automated reminder 5 days after the sale.
