Systems are built to order and generally shipped within 7 working days.
We install Vista Home Premium with a trial period on all PC's. If you wish to continue to use after 30 days you will need to purchase a license.

Vista Home Premium £89 - We recommend the 64 bit version if your system uses more than 2GB of RAM.

Components are held in stock but systems are built to order to allow for changes and upgrades.

Shipping to Northern Ireland, Scotland and any Islands is subject to a 50% surcharge as specified by our courier. Delivery may take up to 2 working days from dispatch.

Saturday deliveries are subject to a 50% surcharge. The courier will not attempt to deliver at the weekend unless you have paid this extra.

If you are unsure of postage charges please check prices before bidding to avoid any unexpected surcharges
Support

A 12 Month return to base warranty is supplied with all new PC's.

When you receive your PC from the courier please check for damage and sign the document in accordance to the state of the PC. If there is any external damage to the packaging please check that the PC inside is not physically damaged or we will be unable to entertain any claims for damage.

The warranty covers the hardware only. Limited software support may be available depending on the issue but we can not guarantee any compatability of the hardware to software unless provided in writing prior to purchase. Certain hardware may no longer support older versions of Microsoft Windows such as XP. If you are intending to use the PC with XP this is your decision and not one that we can support.
