Unwanted or Unsuitable Goods - Unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original and unopened packaging and in new condition complete with all labels and instructions, at the purchaser's expense. The cost of the item/items, minus postage and packaging, will be refunded at our earliest convenience after the unwanted item has been received. We recommend that you send the item/items by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive.
Faulty Goods - In the unlikely event of any item being faulty we will either refund in full, or replace free of charge (subject to stock availability). Please email the details to amosandandys@yahoo.com and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
