Situated in a traditional, laid-back, mainly rural village on the edge of the River Nile, (what a grand and beautiful old Lady she is!), over-looking Luxor Temple from the front balcony or roof terrace from 2nd apartment, with the Western Desert and hills of Thebes to the rear of the apartment 1.
Our private boat is at your disposal, 12 yards from your front door and we will throw in for you 3 FREE return journeys, To Banana Island, Crocodile Island and Luxor.
We are not a complex and do not manage a large number of apartments, leaving us time to concentrate on your personal requirements. Family run holiday homes and boat which we would like to share with others and provide you with an exclusive service.
We will arrange any trips you may wish to undertake, at your own leisure, so as not be tied to the rigours of a set itinerary or impersonal group setting. You can also have your own personal chaperone if you wish; all this is just part of the service and is FREE.
Most trips are organized by ourselves, if required, a personal educated Guide for all archaeological sites. Specific requests, ie. Bird watching/fishing trips or over night trip under the stars to ASWAN with food included, are among the many trips we offer; just name your request. We also provide :
FREE AIRPORT OR STATION/QUAY TRANSFERS, (Luxor to apartment),
USE OF LOCAL MOBILE PHONE WITH CREDITS,
A FRIDGE SUPPLIED WITH MINERAL WATER,
FRUIT JUICE AND SNACKS, UPON YOUR ARRIVAL.
We support the local village community who can offer you excellent services, such as Laundry, (beautifully washed and pressed with same day service) and daily apartment cleaning, (whatever your requirements). All services are extremely reasonable and help to provide an income to the local people who rely upon tourism to supplement their mainly Agricultural life.
Fresh fruit and vegetables can be found in the village, as can souvenirs, money exchange, household commodities, (just below apartment 1), even swimming pools!
