THE OUTSIDE IS UNGLAZED AND THE INSIDE IS GLAZED.   THERE IS A CHIP TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE FOOT RIM, VISIBLE IN PICTURES, DOES NOT DETRACT.

NO MAKERS MARK.   PROBABLY C1870.   HEIGHT 3.75 INCHES.
