These are the infamous Panasonic Toughbook laptops. You can drop them, stand on them, drive over them and even spill liquid over them without any damage or harm! Panasonic are the industry leaders in ruggedised toughbook technology that even the US and UK armies use them. While they are a few years old they originally cost £2000.

They have just come off lease from a large engineering company. They have been refurbished to a high standard, completely wiping them from any data and testing the system components. We have then installed a brand new genuine copy of Windows XP along with Microsoft Office and some antivirus software to help keep you protected while surfing online. They also have software installed so you can watch DVD movies.

These laptops would be perfect Christmas presents for the kids and they will be able to stand up to any abuse your kids should be able to throw their way. They have large bright keyboards and touchpads and are the perfect way to introduce your children to computers. They even have built in carry handles with loops to add a shoulder strap. Whilst they are not the quickest laptops available they are certainly a perfect starting point to learn how to use computers and the internet.

Each laptop has a DVD drive and playback software meaning you can watch movies on them however sometimes with just 128mb of RAM they may be a little jerky but are watchable. If you wish to have perfect DVD playback we recommend upgrading the memory to 256MB which you can get in our ebay store here this will also make the laptop much much faster. They also have USB ports for connecting your printer's, camera's, memory sticks and other USB devices along with parallel printer ports.

The laptop you buy will also have antivirus software to protect you from viruses and maliciious software infecting your files and personal information. The software with XP & Office alone would cost in excess of £200 to buy seperately so grab a bargain today!

They also have Serial ports so you can connect them to diagnostic equipment for use with machinery etc The laptops do not look like new so expect scratches and scuff marks on the casing. Screens, keyboards and touchpads are all perfect.
