Shipping
Charges: The charge you pay is the cost of shipping PLUS the cost of wrapping materials and packing materials, we do endeavour to use recycled packing material i.e. shredded paper both to cut costs and provide an environmentally friendly service wherever possible. There is also a small surcharge for labour included in the shipping charge. We do not believe in inflating postage charges other than to recoup our own costs. Timescale: We usually post items either the same day or next working day after completion/clearing of payment, any delays that we are aware of will be posted on our shop homepage, you are advised to look there before purchasing. Lost parcels: Any parcel we send out is tracked by the courier, if the parcel does not arrive we will then claim against the courier on your behalf, this can take upto 3 weeks to complete, due to high levels of fraudulent claims we will ship a replacement when the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
