All products purchased from B & M Camping and Leisure can be returned excluding clearance items (which will be clearly stated) as long as the correct returns procedure is followed. The Item is unused & in original packaging. You must contact us first by email to B-M-Tents@hotmail.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. You must cover all postage costs when returning the unwanted item which includes the return postage & packaging. The original postage cost paid will be refunded. Returns must be accompanied by the customers full name & address, their ebay user name & product item number & sent to the address which will be email back to you in the reply email.
