This hand crafted scarf/headband is made from WHITE cotton fabric with a BLACK POLKA DOT print.  All seams are overlocked for a professional finish.  The  scarf is versatile as it can be worn as a decorative neck tie rockabilly style, as a hippy style headband or just tied on to jeans beltloop or bag as a decorative bow.
