Shipping

We aim to ship all our products out on a next day delivery.  We use a national courier company for our larger items and royal mail for the smaller items. 

 Please note that delivery price quoted is for UK Mainland only.  Delivery to N. Ireland is £20.00.  Please contact us for any other regions.

 

 

Returns

RDK Mobility will accept returns in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations '7 day cooling off period'.  Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.  Upon receipt of the returned goods, RDK will inspect the goods before issuing a full refund excluding the original cost of postage.  Goods must be returned by the buyer at their own expense and RDK Mobility recommend that a traceable delivery is used.
